I feel like neutral colors will give your pictures a very elegant look. Holiday photos are the perfect opportunity to get a little bit fancy, even if that is not how you usually dress. Neutral colors are also a very safe way to make your family look good in your photos.

However, Christmas is known for its cheerful colors. You can never go wrong with green or red as long as you make it consistent. Remember, coordinate don’t match.

What to Wear for Fall Family Photos?

Now is the perfect time to start thinking about those annual fall family photos. Fall is the most popular time to update your pictures. The weather in The Woodlands, Conroe and surrounding areas will be perfect.

Start with mom’s outfit

We want mom to feel comfortable with her outfit. I recommend wearing a dress, always think timeless over trendy. You want to be able to look back at your pictures and be happy with your outfit, specially if you are using these photos to decorate your house. Once you have mom’s outfit ready, you can start coordinating everyone else.

Color palette

Use two to three colors, don’t match but coordinate. Muted and creamy colors are my favorite, they give your pictures a soft look.
